This presentation focuses on cyber security and specifically from an application perspective. The content is based on the work that Annabelle Lee has done around the world. Also included are case studies that illustrate how to address cyber security. These case studies focus on the electric sector. Some publicly available tools are also described. Finally, the presentation includes challenges in addressing cyber security in the future. Annabelle founded Nevermore Security to help energy companies combat the risks of cyber security vulnerabilities and threats. She focuses on cyber security in applied research, development, and implementation in the electric sector. Her experience comprises 40 years of technical experience in information technology (IT) system design and implementation, 15 years in operational technology (OT) cyber security for the electric sector, and over 30 years of cyber security design, specification development, and testing.
