2020 1098T- Tuition Tax Document Now Available!

The 2020 1098-T forms are now available!
To access your 2020 1098-T, please do the following:
1. Log into Trailhead 2. Select the Self Service icon in the Go Bar box 3. Select Student 4. Click on Student Records 5. Click My Account Page 6. Your 2020 1098-T is available through the Tax Forms link on the left

Your accountant, tax preparer, or the Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov) can best advise you in the utilization of this form when preparing your taxes. Please be advised that Mines staff cannot give tax advice.
Per the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement, upon submitting enrollment, students will receive 1098-T forms electronically unless a written request was provided to the Bursar Office to receive a paper copy. There is no difference between the electronic 1098-T and paper 1098-T.
To view the detail of how the numbers on your 1098-T are calculated, please do the following:
Log into Trailhead and select:
1. Log into Trailhead 2. Select Self Service 3. Select Student 4. Click on Student Records 5. Click on Tax Notification 6. Type “2020” in the Tax Year field and click Submit
