The SAIL office is excited to announce our newest class, Introduction to Leadership and Small Group Management!
This course serves as an introductory class to leadership strengths, leadership framework development, inclusive leadership, small group dynamics, and so much more. Introduction to Leadership and Small Group Management is valuable to all students who want to learn about leadership, improve upon their leadership skills, and practice putting leadership into action. In particular, this class is extremely valuable for students who are already in leadership positions that need to navigate through working with executive teams, their peers, campus partners, and so much more.
CSM 298A Details - How to Join: Search for CSM 298A (Intro to Leadership) and enroll today - When the Class will Meet: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00am - 12:15pm - How the Class will be Organized: Each week, one day will be dedicated to concepts and group exercises while the other will be dedicated to hands on case studies. - Credit Hours: 3
