Stalking Awareness Month - Reporting Options
Department / Organization: Institutional Equity & Title IX
Know who to turn to for reporting instances of stalking and other forms of harassment and interpersonal violence.
If you or someone you know wants to report stalking (or other interpersonal violence), you have many options.
You can report to the Title IX Coordinator, or Assistant Director of the Office of Institutional Equity & Title IX. You can choose to file a complaint and/or discuss resources available.

You can report to Mines Police Department: 303.273.3333, or for emergencies 911.
You can report to both the Police and the Office of Institutional Equity & Title IX.
You can report anonymously online through the Reporting Form for Incidents of Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Dating/Domestic Violence, Stalking and other Sexual Misconduct. A link to the reporting page is included at the bottom of this post.
Please note: All faculty and staff at Mines must report to the Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX any instance stalking, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and dating/domestic violence with the exception of the Confidential Resources, Counseling Center, and Student Health Center.
