New Online Course Exception Request Form
Department / Organization: Registrar's Office
Beginning January 31, a new online Course Exception Form will replace the current undergraduate course substitution form.
As we begin taking advantage of our new degree audit software, Degree Works, we are implementing a new online process to replace the old paper Course Substitution form. Beginning January 31st, undergraduate students will be able to submit requests online in Trailhead to make course substitutions or exceptions for core and/or major requirements. Students’ requests will be sent to departments for review and be applied to degree audits upon approval.
Graduate students will continue to use the appropriate audit forms to make changes for their graduate program requirements. Deadlines and Forms for graduate students can be found here: https://www.mines.edu/graduate-studies/deadlines-and-forms/
