Tax forms are accessible through Trailhead self-service!
Department / Organization: Mines Administrative Processing Services Paper W2 tax forms have been mailed to your tax address on file
Access your 2021 tax form in Trailhead by selecting the “Self Service” button, then navigate to the Employee tab, Tax forms, W2 Year End Earning Statement. Please also review your addresses on file at this time through Self Service, under the Personal Information tab.
