Government Information Student Assistant
Starting Pay $12.56 per hour
Part-time 6 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (No evenings or week-ends) The OPTION of 1 additional day per week online remote work will be offered once a student is comfortably proficient with their data base maintenance duties.

The Government Publications section is located on the first floor of the Arthur Lakes Library.
Qualifications:
If you like working in a relatively quiet environment and are a detail-oriented person, you are a great candidate for the Government Information section of the Arthur Lakes Library. Accuracy and the ability to work independently are very important. The job requires some lifting of boxes and moving of materials within the collections.
Job Description:
Help receive and process publication deliveries, label and shelve those items plus other newly cataloged items, assist with various office tasks, and assist with entry level data base/library catalog maintenance. In addition, there are special projects evaluating gift materials and other organizational collection projects. We are looking for a very detail-oriented worker. There is little to no patron contact throughout the week.
