New CASHNet eMarket Point of Contact!

Mane Poghosyan in the Controller’s Office will now be the point of contact for all CASHNet eMarket inquires. If you are interested in accepting payment online for services/products, please see below!
CASHNet’s eMarket Storefront is a secure online tool that allows areas to maintain their own online store, where credit card payment can be accepted for things such as event registrations, membership fees, and ‘product’ sales. Mane in the Controller’s Office will help with the initial setup of the store and then you will be trained to maintain and expand your own storefront.
Additionally, if you are interested in purchasing third party software that you want to have accept online payments as well, they must be official partners with CASHNet and we will assist with that implementation as well. Please remember that collecting credit card information via other means such as PayPal is not permitted; CASHNet eMarket is the only option for accepting credit card payments online.
A couple things to keep in mind:
-Only Mines employees are able to gain access to manage eMarket Storefronts, no students are able to have access to CASHNet. -There is an annual fee for having an eMarket Storefront, currently $966. Additionally, the existing 2.75% per transaction fee is charged to the index where the revenue was recorded on a quarterly basis. -VISA, MasterCard, AmercianExpress, and Discover are accepted -The revenue posts to your index automatically; no additional trips to the Cashier Office to make a deposit are needed!
