Stress Less Mindful Monday @3pm Arthur Lakes Library

This Mindful Monday will guide you in a meditation that will help you de-stress over the next couple of weeks.
Join other students, faculty, and staff as one of the Mines Counseling Center Clinicians leads you through a guided meditation to help you manage the stress that grips us all at the end of the semester.
The Meditation will take place at 3pm in the Boettcher Room of the Arthur Lakes Library. The meditations and brief check-in usually take about 30 minutes. Everyone is welcome to stay longer to chat, debrief, and enjoy their inner peace after each session. There will be a light snack available to those attending.
