The Be Well Health and Fitness Club for STUDENTS has its kickoff meeting on MONDAY the 23rd at 6:30pm in MZ226! We'll be talking about our upcoming semester, eating some snacks, and having some fun!
The Be Well Health and Fitness Club is a club at Mines for people who want to take the initiative towards healthy living through fitness and nutrition! The club provides a fitness community open to a variety of students from those wanting to start going to the gym to those who love being active to those who are advanced weightlifters. We are a source of encouragement to help students realize the potential their bodies have and how empowering being fit and healthy can be. This semester we are planning some awesome group activities, volunteer opportunities, challenges with prizes, and information. Come check it out!
