Come on down to MZ 322 on Thursday, May 4th at 5 pm to learn about rocketry and celebrate the end of the semester! The Tsiolkovsky rocket equation, Newton's laws as they apply to rocketry, the aerodynamics of rocketry, and how to design one's own model rockets will be studied in a roughly hour-long presentation. This event will foster interest in the blossoming aerospace industry and expand student's knowledge on an area that is not covered by undergraduate courses at Mines.
