Pension Benefit Information, a third-party vendor of Mines’ DCP/403(b) administrator, was impacted by the MOVEit cyber breach

If you participate in the Mines Defined Contribution Plan (MDCP) or 403(b) program, you are likely to receive a cyber breach notification from Pension Benefit Information, LLC (PBI) in the coming days or weeks.

PBI is a partner of Corebridge Financial, our MDCP/403(b) administrator. PBI recently notified Corebridge that they were impacted by the MOVEit software breach, which has affected a large number of organizations globally.

The letter you may receive from PBI contains information about the breach and actions to reduce your risk and vulnerability, including free credit monitoring. If you have additional questions, you can contact PBI at 866-373-9181.
