Fall 2023 First 8-week Grades are Due 10/16/2023 by 4:30 PM

Final grading for classes that were taught in the first 8-weeks of the term is now available in Trailhead and continues until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 16th, 2023.

Please be aware that mid-term grading may also be open and S/U grades will be visible – please do not use a S/U for your final grades!

Before you submit grades please review the information below:
• Assigned grades of “F”, “INC”, or “PRU” require the “Last Attend Date” box be completed. This is for financial aid purposes. These assigned grades cannot be submitted if the dates are not entered.
• Do not assign an Incomplete “INC” grade for students who do not meet the Incomplete Grade policy requirements. Students who meet policy requirements should have submitted an Incomplete Request form to the Registrar’s Office in advance.
• If you do not have a grade for a student yet, do not enter a “placeholder” grade or “INC”. The appropriate grade earned is best. Entering a “placeholder” grade or “INC” will only create more problems for the student and delay end-of-term processes for departments.
• If a student never attended the course they should receive an assigned grade of “F” or “PRU”. The last date of attendance would be the first day the course began.
• Make sure that any spreadsheets or calculations that determine grades are correct before entering grades.
