Before you submit grades please review the information below: •Assigned grades of “F”, “INC”, or “PRU” require that the “Last Attendance Date” box be completed. This is for financial aid purposes and these assigned grades cannot be submitted if this is not done. •Do not assign an Incomplete “INC” to students who do not qualify. This can create academic issues and delay their degree progress. •If you do not have a grade for a student yet, do not enter a “placeholder” grade of “INC”. The appropriate grade earned is best. Entering a “placeholder” grade or “INC” will only create more problems for the student. •If a student never attended the course they must have an assigned grade of “F” or “PRU”. The last date of attendance would be the first day the course began. •Make sure that any spreadsheets or calculations that determine grades are correct before entering grades.
