Denver Local ARMA Meet-up Department / Organization: ARMA Mines Student Chapter Calling ARMA members+rock mechanics enthusiasts to join our potluck event this Friday! Hello ARMA members and other rock mechanics enthusiasts! It’s time again for our biannual Denver local ARMA meet-up. These meet-ups occur twice per year and are typically social events hosted at someone’s house, a restaurant, or other venue in the Denver metro area. Anyone is invited, so you do not have to be a paid ARMA member to attend. These events focus on networking amongst industry professionals, academics, and students and are organized by an unofficial committee consisting of the ARMA Student Chapter at Colorado School of Mines as well as some academics and industry professionals. If you’d like to get involved with this unofficial committee, please send me an email! ?? Our next event will be on Friday March 8th 5-8pm and will be hosted at the home of Dr. Priscilla Nelson, a professor in Mining Engineering at Colorado School of Mines and one of the founding members of ARMA. This event will be a BBQ Potluck with BBQ foods (burgers, brats, + a vegetarian option) provided by the ARMA student chapter. Please bring a side dish/dessert/drink to share. Hello ARMA members and other rock mechanics enthusiasts!

It’s time again for our biannual Denver local ARMA meet-up.
