The Art and Science of Glassblowing course lottery is open
Students learn how to work with molten glass to make cups, bowls, paperweights, and more in this introduction to glassblowing as an art, and glass as a material. Learn how to gather molten 1200C glass from a furnace and turn it into art! No prior experience in the Hot Shop is required, but we will be working with hot glass, so please consider this when signing up. This course requires a 1 hour lecture and a 2 hour lab section per week.
This course is open to Undergraduate students only. We hope to see you in the Hot Shop!
