Dive into a revitalizing fitness experience with our Water Aerobics class, where the gentle resistance of water transforms exercise into a refreshing and effective full-body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, this low-impact in mid-deep water session combines rhythmic movements with the buoyancy and resistance of water to enhance muscle tone, cardiovascular health, and flexibility without stressing joints. Aqua belts are available and lifeguards are on duty throughout class. Being comfortable in water is beneficial, but no swim experience is necessary. Shallow water options are available.
This class is FREE for all students and SRC Members. Non-members eligible for Day Passes (valid Blastercard holders or guests of current students/members) must purchase a Day Pass at the SRC front desk prior to attending class.
