Department / Organization: SHIP Today is the last day to enroll or waive SHIP (Student Health Insurance Plan) coverage!
The open enrollment/waiver period closed today for 24/25 Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) Annual coverage! The cost of coverage from 8/1/24 - 7/31/25 is $2635. This fee is split between fall and spring semesters. The coverage is through United HealthCare’s Student Resources Plan. Please go online to https://csm.myahpcare.com/ and complete either the enrollment or waiver process through September 4, 2024. The selection you make is binding for the full academic year through fall, spring, and summer terms. It is a requirement at Mines that all students have comprehensive insurance coverage. If you already have comparable insurance coverage, you must waive SHIP or you will be automatically added after Census Day (September 4). If waiving, you will need to upload a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. Additionally, with a Medicaid waiver there will also need to be a screenshot of your account showing active coverage. Go to this website for more information: https://csm.myahpcare.com/
