Join us to learn about the sustainable features that will be in the new Mines Park, with speakers from SAR+ Architects!
Macy Huffaker has been with SAR+ Architects for five years, serving as the lead Project Architect on the Mines Student Housing project since its inception in January 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana State University in 2017 and has focused her career in the Denver market ever since. Before her work on Mines Park, Macy contributed to Conifer Commons, a workforce housing development at the base of Winter Park Resort, and is currently involved in the Born Mountain Lodge project at Copper Mountain.
Matthew Breen serves as the Lead Project Manager for the redevelopment of Mines Park at SAR+ Architects, overseeing the project since its launch in January 2023. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and brings a decade of experience in the Denver market. Throughout his career, Matthew has worked on a diverse array of projects, specializing in multi-family housing with a focus on affordable, workforce, and student housing. His recent endeavors include the Conifer Commons workforce housing development in Winter Park and the Deer Valley Resort workforce housing project in Park City, Utah.
