Dealing With Anxiety? Join Our 3-Part Skills Group!

The Anxiety Toolbox group (starting Monday 10/21 at noon) focuses on building skills for understanding and managing anxiety.
Anxiety Toolbox is a psycho-educational group consisting of three 50-min sessions that focus on helping students understand and build skills to manage anxiety. Each session builds upon the last and is dedicated to (1) understanding anxiety, (2) introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and (3) developing alternative responses to anxiety.
Students must register via the website link below and attend the first session to join this 3-part series running Monday 10/21, 10/28, 11/4 at noon.
