Want to lead a discussion on a DEIA topic? You're invited to submit a proposal to facilitate a session during the event.

Mark your calendars! The sixth annual Celebration of DEIA at Mines returns on March 11, 2025. During this day-long event, Mines community members will facilitate interactive workshops for students, faculty and staff to engage with a variety of DEIA topics.

Faculty, staff, and students are invited to submit brief proposals to host sessions using the url provided below. These 45-minute workshops can center around:

Professional development and skill-building.

Inclusive classroom or meeting best practices.

DEIA programs and the impact they have made.

Dialogue around any DEIA topic of interest, as examples.

Proposals are due no later than January 19, 2025. All submissions will be reviewed by a committee. Those selected will be notified in late January.
