Got stress? Feel anxious? Check out the new Kick Stress to the Curb Drop-In Workshop Series!

Join us to learn valuable techniques to reduce stress and manage anxiety!

When: Wednesdays
• Round 1: 3/22, 4/5, 4/12
• Round 2: 4/19, 4/26, 5/3
Where: Rec Center 12:00 – 12:45pm (McNeil Room upstairs) OR Wellness Center 4:00 – 4:45pm (Group Room 2nd floor) Same workshop offered in different locations and times to accommodate student schedules
What Else? Snacks. Free for students. Just show up!

College can be stressful! Join us to learn how to reduce stress getting in your way. What you’ll leave with: practical strategies, visualization and mindfulness tools, and relaxation skills to help you get through the rest of the semester.
