One definition describes resilience as “the ability to return to the original state or form after being stretched, compressed or bent. It is the ability to recover from adversity. Developing resilience is a highly desirable quality in today’s every-changing world” (Conner, n.d.). Join us as we explore various topics of change such as preparing for internship or graduation, going home, transitions from undergrad to grad school, and other significant life events. We’ll also learn about resiliency skills and increasing our personal resiliency.
