Your access to the Student Health Center ends once you graduate.

WE recommend that you print a copy of your immunization record to keep with your other important documents. While you have access to my.mines.edu, please click on the Health Portal icon, then the immunization tab, then print your immunization history. If you have any health concerns or need a Prescription refill, please call the Health Center at 303-273-3381 so that we can discuss your options with you.
