Learn about the benefits of self-care and how to incorporate self-care into your school routines
Self-care does not always need to be massages and bubble baths (although it sometimes can be!), but self-care can also be reading a book, calling a friend, or even just a minute of mindful breathing. This Life Hack will discuss self-care’s benefits and offer ideas and strategies to incorporate self-care into your daily routines as a student at Mines.
Life Hacks are weekly, virtual 30-minute workshops on topics to help you thrive in your college experience.
