Why wait in lines at ski resorts when you could be exploring rocky mountain national park on skis/boards with untouched snow
Join us this Saturday the 18th to learn the basics of backcountry skiing and have an awesome adventure with some of your peers here at Mines. This trip is for people with a skiing or snowboarding ability of resort blues or greater. Backcountry touring will include skinning potentially several miles with over 1500 feet of gain in potentially inclement weather and can provide a fun and challenging adventure into the mountains. Trip costs include AT skis/splitboard, entrance into RMNP, AT/snowboard boots, guides, transportation, skins, poles, beacon, shovel, and probe. Specific details of trips are subject to change given weather or extenuating circumstances.
