Stretch Break with Erika - 1/16 and 1/28
Department / Organization: Every Oredigger Join Erika from Human Resources (Yoga Instructor) for 13-15 minutes of (virtual) stretching at your desk
Stretching for a few minutes can decrease stress, increase alertness and make you feel more focused. Take a few minutes out of your day this Thursday, 1/16 (from 8:45am-9:00am) and/or Tuesday, 1/28 (from 10:45am-11:00am) to stretch virtually with Erika from HR. Join for a few minutes or for the full 15 minutes. The Teams link for each stretching session is located under Programs at the link below.
