The Nuclear Science and Engineering Research Center (NSERC ) is a Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) office that supports interdisciplinary research projects across the Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction enterprise. This colloquium is aimed to increase the awareness of DTRA, its contribution to Strategic Deterrence, and the role that nuclear engineering supports national security.
