Feeling anxious or stressed? Come walk the Labyrinth

Walking a labyrinth is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. Monday, February 24th between 2-5 PM in the Green Center

Walking a labyrinth is a meditative practice that involves following a path to the center of a labyrinth and back out again. It’s a form of active meditation that can be used for prayer, contemplation, and spiritual centering. A labyrinth will be set up for you to walk on Monday, February 24th from 2:00-5:00 PM. It will be located in the Grand Lobby of the Green Center. Please stop by and walk through the labyrinth.
