The Society of Women in Chemistry + Allies (SWiC) invites you to meet with the visiting speakers for the Department of Chemistry's weekly seminars. Prof. Osborn Popp is an assistant professor at Oregon State University. These informal socials are designed to provide opportunities for students and postdocs to meet visiting speakers. There is no set discussion topic: discussions can range from career trajectory, science, work-life balance, diversity in STEM, or anything else. This event is sponsored by SWiC and the Department of Chemistry, and we welcome students, postdocs, and speakers of all identities to the event.
