Judges Needed for 2025 Undergraduate Research Symposium

Call for faculty/staff/grad students to judge undergrad researchers' posters at the research symposium. 1.5 hour commitment.
Office of Undergraduate Research is looking for faculty, staff, and graduate students who are interested in serving as Judges at the upcoming Spring 2025 Undergraduate Research Symposium. The symposium showcases the research conducted by MURF Scholars (Mines Undergraduate Research Fellowship), as well as other undergraduate researchers.
The symposium's poster sessions will take place on April 16th from 9:30-11am and 2-3:30pm, and oral sessions will take place on April 17th from 11am-2pm. Judges commit to a 1.5 hour block for poster judging and a 1 hour block for oral presentation judging. Winning students will receive a cash prize.
Also at the symposium, enjoy a keynote lunch lecture, a mentor workshop, networking, and complementary food!
