HR Performance Management Competencies Training Series

Innovation/Problem-solving Competency and Customer Focus Competency, for Managers and Employees.
Mines competencies are included in the annual Performance Review process for all Administrative Faculty, it is time to offer training so that all individual contributors and leaders of people can be successful understanding and modeling the competencies.
Human Resources is offering training each quarter, competency by competency, throughout the year to support learning and development. The training is being offered to all Administrative Faculty and Supervisors who lead these individuals, including Academic Faculty. The training is designed specifically for administrative faculty competencies.
This quarter we are offering Innovation/Problem-solving Competency and Customer Focus Competency. We are offering in-person and virtual opportunities for you develop skills in how you accomplish your work. Training dates range from March 18, 2025 to April 17, 2025.
