Now Accepting Nominations for MPC's Student Philanthropist of the Year Award

The Philanthropist of the Year award was established to recognize the unique and determined efforts of a current student in promoting philanthropic giving on campus. Nomination form available by link.
Submissions must be received by April 7th. The award will be announced at MPC’s Night of Philanthropy on April 19th in the Green Center, Petroleum Room at 5 pm.
The Philanthropist of the Year award was established to recognize the unique and determined efforts of a current student in promoting philanthropy on campus through their involvement in community service, student organizations, clubs, and any other initiatives.
Criteria:
Preference will be given to a student who has:
· Promoted a culture of philanthropy on campus through involvement in community service, student organizations, clubs, and any other initiatives.
· Demonstrated leadership in support for serving others, through the giving of their time, treasure, and talent.
· Had a measurable impact on the Mines community or environment.
· Shown a strong philosophy of philanthropic service.
Nominations should include:
· Nominator name and email address
· Nominator role on campus (student, faculty, administration)
· Nominee name
· How the nominee fits the award Criteria (no more than 500 words)
