HR Performance Management Competencies Training Series

Customer Focus Competency and any competencies you missed, for Managers and Employees.
Mines competencies are included in the annual Performance Review process for all Administrative Faculty, it is time to offer training so that all individual contributors and leaders of people can be successful understanding and modeling the competencies.
Human Resources is offering training each quarter, competency by competency, throughout the year to support learning and development. The training is being offered to all Administrative Faculty and Supervisors who lead these individuals, including Academic Faculty. The training is designed specifically for administrative faculty competencies.
We are offering Customer Focus Competency until April 17. If you missed any of the previously offered competencies, we are offering those again. We are offering in-person and virtual opportunities for you develop skills in how you accomplish your work. Please click on the link to view scheduled dates and enroll.
