Congratulations School of Mines Graduates. Prior to your commencement, please think about your health needs before you leave. Your access to the Health Center ends once you graduate so if you need immunizations, prescriptions, or have any health concerns, please address them prior to your commencement by calling us to set up an appointment at 303-273-3381.

We recommend that you print a copy of your immunization record to keep with other important records. While you still have access to your my.mines.edu, click on the Health Portal icon, then immunization tab, then print your immunization record. We can also print your record for you if needed or scan and send by email.
