Final grades for the Spring 2025 semester are due Monday, May 12th by 4:30pm
Instructions on how to enter grades & grade changes are listed below. Common grading questions can be found on the Faculty Grading page.
To submit grades please log into Trailhead: Locate the ‘Faculty Services’ tile Click on ‘Faculty Grade Entry’ to enter grades for your courses Grades can also be submitted via Canvas. Instructions on how to do so are located on the Faculty Grading page.
To make a grade change please log into Trailhead: Locate the ‘Faculty Services’ tab Click on ‘Faculty Grade Change’ Here, you should be prompted to an OnBase form to fill out. If you experience issues with being unable to access the Grade Change workflow, please contact ITS to get or reset your access.?
Before you submit grades please review the information below: Assigned grades of “F”, “INC”, or “PRU” require that the “Last Attendance Date” box be completed. This is for financial aid purposes and these assigned grades cannot be submitted if this is not done. Do not assign an Incomplete “INC” to students who do not qualify. This can create academic issues and delay their degree progress. If you do not have a grade for a student yet, do not enter a “placeholder” grade of “INC”. The appropriate grade earned is best. Entering a “placeholder” grade or “INC” will only create more problems for the student. If a student never attended the course they must have an assigned grade of “F” or “PRU”. The last date of attendance would be the first day the course began.
