"Are you interested in learning your way around the gym? This 10-week course is designed for you! "Intro to Iron" focuses on teaching participants how to effectively use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, machines, resistance bands, and more. Whether you're new to weightlifting or looking to refine your skills, this class will help you master correct exercise form and develop the knowledge to program workouts effectively for yourself.
