Learn how to get no-cost high resolution satellite imagery and the work of the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The Mines community is invited to a session with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) that will cover an overview of the USGS and focus on the hazards work taking place on campus. Dr. Peter Rinkleff and Dr. Rich Briggs will present. The session will also share information on how to access no-cost high resolution satellite imagery through the USGS.
