Are you ready to take your research skills to the next level? Whether you are already engaged in research or excited to get started, Research Methods in STEM provides an enhanced understanding of modern laboratory and computational research processes across multiple STEM disciplines. In this interactive and unique 1-credit course, you will engage with the essentials of the research lifecycle from conducting a literature review, designing safe and effective experimental methods, and applying data analysis tools to interpret research findings. We will also discuss how you find the right places to publish and present your work and introduce you to important social and psychological aspects of research, helping you build stronger professional relationships and navigate the dynamics of research teams.
