New Campus Calendar

The Mines calendar at calendar.mines.edu just got an upgrade!
From lectures to lunches, sporting events to student club meetups, see what’s happening at Mines—all in one place.
What’s changing? All event submissions will now be made through the updated calendar at calendar.mines.edu and will require Single Sign-On (SSO) for added security and convenience. This centralized calendar will also curate and display events and activities from OreConnect (student events and activities) and Varsity Athletics.
What’s not changing? The calendar location remains the same: calendar.mines.edu and the submission process itself will stay the same. You will continue entering event details in a familiar format using the event submission form.

Departments can input events and select their respective department. If you need to add your department, please contact kfarr@mines.edu.
In the coming months, departments will also be able to embed a feed or a full calendar of their department-specific events directly on their own websites. This will provide an easy way to highlight upcoming events for your audiences.
Submissions must be relevant to Mines, aimed at a broader campus, prospective student or community audience, contain accurate details, and align with university policies.
