Annual Performance Review Process

The Annual Performance Review process for AY 24-25 for Administrative Faculty and Classified Staff is about to begin!
The review process follows the same steps as last year. The dates for Administrative Faculty and Classified reviews are listed on the HR website.
Available Training To support your success in representing your year of accomplishment, HR is offering training sessions for employees and managers with direct reports. Only those with direct reporting employees need to attend the manager session.
Resources/Job aids? • Since the goal setting process is new this year, some employees may not have goals entered in the system, and some existing goals may have been canceled. A helpful job aid titled Workday Performance Management – Goals Scenarios, provides step-by-step instructions to guide you through these various scenarios, and is posted on the HR website. • Additional job aids are available to guide you through the process in Workday.
