There's an exciting opportunity to join the second cohort of Future Energy Scholars!
This University Honors & Scholars program is an academic pathway of distinction for undergraduate students that focuses on the complex social and technical story of our energy future. Each year, 12 Future Energy Scholars will be selected to join the program for the duration of their time at Mines. Every scholar will have opportunities that supports them on their journey of becoming a leader in the future of energy. These opportunities include honors enrichment awards of up to $5000 per year to support research, internships, experiential learning, and leadership initiatives. Scholars also take courses and engage with conferences, summits, and symposiums to develop technical, policy, leadership, communication, and diplomacy skills in global energy issues.
