This is a two-part training consisting of an eLearning and an in-person or virtual class - check calendar for details. We’ve developed this course to improve our hiring practices and at the end of this training you will be able to,
- Articulate the cost of an unsuccessful hire. - Observe and apply strategies to limit personal preferences in the selection process. - Explore new avenues for marketing the position outside your existing networks. - Demonstrate compliance throughout the hiring process. - Develop behavioral questions to assess candidates based on position requirements. - Assess the completeness of responses to questions and ask relevant follow-up questions to ensure comprehensive answers. - Incorporate best practices across all stages of the hiring process.
