Edgar Experimental Mine Tour with Mining Engineering

Ever wondered what it’s like in a real mine? Tour the historic Edgar Mine on 8/30—training Mining Engineers for 100+ years!
Get a firsthand look at where we've been training Mining Engineers since the 1920s with a guided tour of the Edgar Experimental Mine. The tour departs at 12:30pm via a charter bus from Brown Hall and returns to campus around 3:30/4:00pm.
