Scheduled OnBase Maintenance on Friday 6–8 AM

OnBase will undergo maintenance Friday morning. Expect disruptions to workflows and document submissions during this time.
OnBase will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Friday morning from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. This maintenance is part of ongoing efforts to upgrade our version of OnBase to improve system performance and reliability.
During this time: –Logins to OnBase will be restricted –No OnBase forms or workflows will be functional –Document indexing will be paused.
Examples of impacted processes include (but are not limited to): –Financial Aid document submission –Accounts Receivable W-9S forms –Financial Aid SAP Appeals –Grad Contract workflows –Registration Action forms –Grade Change forms
Once the maintenance period ends, normal access and processing will resume.
