Scheduled OnBase Maintenance Today, Friday 8/15 from 6–8 AM

OnBase will undergo maintenance this morning. Expect disruptions to workflows and document submissions during this time.
OnBase will be undergoing scheduled maintenance today, August 15, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. This maintenance is part of ongoing efforts to upgrade our version of OnBase to improve system performance and reliability.
During this time: –Logins to OnBase will be restricted –No OnBase forms or workflows will be functional –Document indexing will be paused.
Examples of impacted processes include (but are not limited to): –Financial Aid document submission –Accounts Receivable W-9S forms –Financial Aid SAP Appeals –Grad Contract workflows –Registration Action forms –Grade Change forms
Once the maintenance period ends, normal access and processing should resume. Here are a couple of tips to help: –If you use the Unity client to access OnBase forms, you may see automatically triggered updates the first time you launch it after maintenance is complete this morning. These updates can take a few minutes to complete. –If you’re using a web browser and encounter issues with OnBase forms after the maintenance, try clearing your browser cache before trying again.
