New resources available to help supervisors become more proactive and better equipped to handle supervisor related matters.
HR has launched a Manager Resources webpage on the HR website, specifically designed to help managers navigate their responsibilities and strengthen their leadership skills.
We have also developed a Supervisor Toolkit – a downloadable guide covering everything from hiring, benefits and compensation to interpersonal skills, administrative tasks, and so much more!
To introduce the toolkit, HR will host two information sessions. • September 10th- 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., SC Ballroom E • September 23rd- 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., Friedhoff 2&3
