Are you ready to take your research skills to the next level? Whether you are already engaged in research or excited to get started, Research Methods in STEM provides an enhanced understanding of modern laboratory and computational research processes across multiple STEM disciplines.
In this interactive and unique 1-credit course, you will get practical guidance on the research lifecycle from conducting a literature review, designing safe and effective experimental methods, applying data analysis tools to interpret research findings, and preparing a formal poster presentation.
We will discuss finding the right places to publish and present your work and introduce you to important social and psychological aspects of research, helping you build stronger professional relationships and navigate the dynamics of research teams.
