Career Days Employers and vendors will be parking in McNeil Parking Garage & Q Lot for Career Days

Dear Campus Community,
Thank you for your continued support as we prepare to welcome hundreds of employers to campus for Fall 2025 Career Days, happening Tuesday, Sept. 16, and Wednesday, Sept. 17, in the Student Recreation Center. This two-day event is one of the largest career fairs in the region, giving students, recent grads, and alumni valuable opportunities to connect with employers across industries.

We appreciate your flexibility, as this may impact typical parking and traffic patterns.

Parking & Traffic Information
• McNeil Garage and Q Lot will be designated for employer parking from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM on both days.
• These lots will remain open to students, faculty & staff, but we encourage using alternative parking if possible.
• Expect the heaviest traffic between 7–9 AM during employer check-in.

Other Parking & Transit Options
• All other lots, including East Garage, remain open.
