New and Improved Classroom Readiness Team Helpdesk

This new service will be available starting on the first day of the Fall semester -- August 25.
The Classroom Improvement Committee, ITS, I&O, and the Registrar have joined forces to launch a new and improved Classroom Readiness Team helpdesk on the first day of the Fall semester, August 25. The goal of this initiative is to have a one-stop call center for faculty to report any issues in the classroom, and then have those issues resolved in a timely manner.
This service will be available in any classroom on campus Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. To reach the Classroom Readiness Helpdesk, call 303-278-HELP (4357) or use the Help button on the podium control screen.
The new Classroom Readiness Team helpdesk will provide solutions to classroom readiness problems, such as:
A/V outages (projectors, screens, and podium)
Broken window shades
Power or lighting outages
Room temperature discomfort
Broken or missing furniture
Missing dry erase markers, microphone batteries, or erasers
Once you reach the Helpdesk, the team will quickly assess your request and will address the issue in a timely manner. In the case of an urgent issue, a team member will deploy to the classroom to rectify the issue and/or submit an appropriate urgent work order ticket for you. For non-urgent issues, the team member will submit an appropriate non-urgent work order ticket for you.
